LV= enjoyed a affluent day at the National Customer Services Awards, scooping the Customer Utilization Contact Centre of the Year award.
The award recognises the superiority of the insurer’s general insurance contact centres in Bournemouth, Croydon and Bristol.

There was firm competition for the coveted award from a number of household names, including American Speedy, AXA Insurance, RBS Insurance, Swiftcover, TalkTalk, Barclaycard and British Gas.
LV=’s concentration upon customers and staff left a favourable impression with the judges, as did the spread in business and strong customer retention, reflecting a good professional approach throughout the firm.
