Fortis achieves Gold Approved

Fortis has been awarded the Canny Media Gold Standard Award for Insurance for the second year continuous.

Last year the firm became the first insurer to achieve the level, and was presented with this year’s award by Baron God Hunt of Wirral in the House of Commons.

Earlier this year Fortis was the highest ranked fiscal services firm in the UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI).

Deborah Benn, a fellow of the Gold Standard Panel, praised Fortis for its customer-centred manner, singling out the independent valuation service and customer surveys for fussy praise and describing them as impressive.

Fortis UK CEO Barry Smith expressed the determined’s delight at the second consecutive achievement of the Gold Emblem, adding that it was a testament to the dedication and badly work of the firm’s staff.
